The spring cart saddle is made on a steel frame with a sliding tug strap with 1 1/2 wide the tugs are the layers of leather hand sewn. It can have rd or black piping. Lining can be blue serge or collar check. It has large turrets for the reins and a position for the breeching to connect too allowing for up to a 1 1/2″ strap and a rein hook.
